The latest innovations by Schock

Among the leaders in quartz composite sinks, Schock offers a wide choice of sinks, mixer taps and home appliances for a cutting edge kitchen.

Schock is one of the leaders in quartz composite sinks. With more than 100 patents, 200 sink models in more than 40 colours, it produces about 2,000,000 granite sinks each year with its method. Supported by an ongoing commitment to research, it continues to push forward towards a future led by an increasingly green philosophy, strongly reflected in the launch of the 2025 collection accompanied by publication of the new catalogue.

Recenttly, Modena’s Laboratorio Aperto ideas hub, in the old AMCM municipal utilities complex, hosted the Schock Italy convention organised to give customers a preview of the latest innovations and finishes created to serve the environment, placing the kitchen firmly within a shared approach that rejects waste in favour of reuse and self-recycling.

Sinks

Schock invented the Cristadur and Cristalite quartz composite sink in 1979 and since then it has manufactured these products with the same innovative style and outstanding performance, providing hard, resistant, durable surfaces that don’t fade or stain.

The collection has been innovated over time with introduction of models and entire families of coloured, stainless steel or pvd sinks, differing in more or less matt finish, material, size, depth and installation mode. The range of practical, multipurpose accessories for installation on both quartz and stainless steel sinks of all kinds has gradually been extended. They now include drip racks, deep trays and universal chopping boards, allowing the workspace to be personalised for even greater efficiency. They are manufactured in materials including wood, steel, aluminium, silicone and environment-friendly paper composite.

Mixer Taps

The iconic Aquapura filtering system, designed for an environment-friendly kitchen, has now been expanded to include extra components and accessories such as kits, microfilters and multi-way mixers for combination to supply chilled or unchilled still or sparkling water straight from the tap. The benefits provided include financial savings, eco-sustainability and improved quality, since the system can reduce the water’s chlorine, fixed residue and lime content.

Oven

The real colour Specialist, Schock is inspired by the latest trends, embracing warm and delicate shades without sacrificing freshness and modernity. The company’s appliances with an environment-friendly soul now also include the matt-finish Contemporaneo line with a steam-assisted cavity that guarantees healthy cooking. Oven models with superior functions, latest-generation smart-touch display and more and more ergonomic knobs and handles are also introduced. There was strong curiosity regarding the new airfry kit displayed at the presentation. Much more than just a frying accessory, this is a multifunctional stainless steel grille bowl with oven runner fittings to enable healthy cooking with no added oils required.

Hobs

Energy-saving becomes even easier with the new induction hobs of 90, 75, 70 and 60 cm with high power levels and large cooking zones, including flexi zones, better known as the bridge system, to provide the kitchen with unbeatable versatility with no loss of flexibility and efficiency. All induction products, including the 30 cm hob, have the hook-free Fastfix quick installation system and can be installed in a standard built-in mounting cavity 48 cm deep to allow trouble-free fitting even as a replacement for a gas hob. The range of gas hobs which can be customised with any Schock knob kit is unchanged except for the addition of two models to the Professional line in avena colour, in 75 and 60 cm sizes.

Refrigeration and dishwashing

Smart installation, leading-edge technologies and lower consumption are the key concepts that describe the new built-in dishwashers designed in-house by Schock. Sliding door systems, touchscreen controls, maximised capacities, higher-power programs, completely adjustable baskets and intuitive sensors are just some of the new plus factors that make them incredibly smart.

As regard the art of storage, it is facilitated by the addition to the range of NO-Frost self-ventilated wine cellars, for undermounting or building into a tall unit. These models offer efficient, dual-zone refrigeration at different temperatures, pull-out wooden racks with safety stop, electronic temperature control, triple glazing with UV protection and powerful LED lighting that accentuates their design and functions.

Last but not least, the new refrigerators, especially the models 70 cm wide feature innovative styling and a Total NO-Frost system that prevents ice from forming inside them, making defrosting unnecessary. The major benefits announced refer to the maxi capacities of up to 40% more than the standard averages, the digital inverter that boosts energy efficiency by stabilising and controlling the temperature, the Biofresh box for fresh foods and the backlit LED panel which adds style to all the interiors.
