Forty years of experience in steel processing have left an indelible mark in the way kitchens are created. Esistyle has built its production identity around this material, mastering every stage: cutting, bending, welding, assembly, and finishing. This expertise has led to an equally distinctive choice: in its appliances there is no place for plastic, aluminum, or composite resins – materials that are still widely used on the market but are subject to wear, yellowing, and degradation under the influence of heat and humidity. For Esistyle, steel is not simply an aesthetic option, but a guarantee of hygiene and absolute durability over time.
This month, Esistyle tells two of its richest lines: an indoor cooking range that spans from extractor hoods to extractor induction hobs, and an outdoor cooking offering with extractor hoods and an electric BBQ that respond to one of the hottest trends in contemporary outdoor living.
The right hood for every kitchen
Esistyle's range of indoor hoods is designed to integrate into any architectural configuration, offering designers and customers maximum freedom of expression without compromising on technical or aesthetic aspects.
The built-in hoods include anti-condensation models that, thanks to active management of temperature differences at the extraction point, prevent water particles from settling on surrounding structures: a technical detail with a direct impact on the life of the kitchen cabinet. A concrete example is the Thesy line: three models, three distinct technologies, designed to meet every type of cooking without compromising furniture. The Dry Technology uses an electric system with active heating of the perimeter panel, thus eliminating contact condensation, ideal for high-powered induction hobs. The No Drop Technology, instead, uses a mechanical mechanism with baffle filters to collect water particles in a removable tray, a solution conceived for those seeking practicality and a professional look. Finally, the 2.0 Technology is an optimized traditional extraction system, designed specifically for gas cookers. Three different solutions, one only family.
For spaces where ceiling takes center stage, ceiling-mounted models offer efficient extraction with a strong visual impact. Island hoods meet the growing demand for kitchens where the appliance is not just a hood but a piece of furniture. Finally, wall-mounted hoods remain a classic but always timeless solution, naturally integrating into both traditional and contemporary kitchens.
All the hoods are available in various sizes and colors. Esistyle can create custom finishes upon request, opening to the most demanding projects.
Extractor hobs: from 45 to 118 cm, an all Italian primacy
Among Esistyle's most distinctive products there are the extractor induction hobs, which integrate extraction directly into the countertop, eliminating the need for suspended hoods. The technological heart of the range is the patented JUMP platform, which combines high extraction and collection performance, quiet operation, and ease of use, with an A++ energy class across the entire line.
Another unique feature on the market is the wide choice of sizes, ranging from 45 to 118 cm. From the Kompatto 45 model – designed for those who want the performance of an extractor hob even in a small space – to Twins 110 and 118, which represent the top of the range, with five cooking zones, two bridges, and a large central zone, they offer unprecedented flexibility: the double extraction, the directional Flap, and the Smart Tower for tall pots ensure that air is captured exactly where it's needed, with maximum silence.
The entire range is available in the new Champagne and scratch-resistant Matt Black finishes, as well as customization options upon request.
The outdoor hood: an indispensable appliance
Outdoor living has long ceased to be a seasonal trend. Equipped terraces, gardens with real kitchens, outdoor spaces designed for living, not just for a few summer barbecues. Yet, people often tend to think that a hood is unnecessary outdoors. On the contrary, Esistyle's vision goes beyond the single product to offer a 360° outdoor kitchen concept, where hood is an indispensable design element. It not only completes the aesthetics of the project, but plays a crucial role: it effectively eliminates cooking fumes, vapors, and grease, preventing them from settling and staining ceilings, porches, or exterior walls.
Esistyle responds to this need with a line of outdoor hoods (wall-mounted or built-in) made of 316L stainless steel. This is the same alloy used in the Marine sector for its exceptional resistance to the most aggressive weather conditions. It is not a random choice. Esistyle has developed a partnership with the nautical sector over time, where its steel kitchens are chosen by yacht and superyacht builders for their technical reliability and quality workmanship. That same expertise is now available for residential outdoor kitchens.
Olmo is the wall-mounted version, characterized by a solid and professional aesthetic. Olivo, instead, is the built-in version. Both are equipped with baffle filters for grease management with a removable tray, a 90° swivelling motor, and LED spotlights for maximum comfort even on summer evenings.

Nivo: the electric barbecue that redefines outdoor cooking
Completing the outdoor offering is Nivo, the semi-professional electric barbecue constructed entirely of 316L stainless steel. Available in built-in or freestanding versions, in four sizes, Nivo delivers a maximum power of 8,000W. This allows for performance comparable to a gas barbecue (cooking temperature reached in just 10 minutes thanks to the high-performance professional heating elements) but with the safety of an electric grill.
What truly sets Nivo apart is its choice of modular and interchangeable cooking surfaces: natural lava stone from Mount Etna, glass ceramic, teppanyaki, and stainless steel grill. No covering, no coatings. Pure materials that do not release residue, stable at high temperatures, suitable for direct contact with food. A clear position, coherent with the Esistyle philosophy: cooking well also means cooking healthily. Premium details such as the lid with integrated analog thermometer, the satin-finish steel knobs with indicator lights, and the warming rack demonstrate an attention to detail that only forty years of experience can guarantee.
