How it works
Drydrop is an exclusive and innovative system designed to eliminate condensation before it forms. It’s not just an accessory, but a true intelligent thermal system, integrated into the hood and activated only when needed. Thanks to the temperature-controlled heating panel (55°C), the bottom panel of the hood warms up evenly, preventing steam from condensing. Then a high-capacity sponge filter captures the remaining humidity inside the hood. Drydrop is also equipped with a second heating element that evaporates every residual droplet automatically.
Zero maintenance
The system requires no maintenance, no cups to empty, no trays to remove, nothing to clean. Everything happens inside the hood, completely automatically. It also features the auto-off timer: you activate Drydrop when needed, and it shuts off on its own. The results is no more dripping, no more moisture under the hood, no more surprises while cooking. Just clean air and perfectly dry surfaces.

Baraldi has integrated Drydrop into its most refined models, known for their contemporary design, high extraction capacity and professional LED lighting.
