The new Professional Series by Bertazzoni

Bertazzoni will launch its new Professional Series of induction hob with integrated hood. The range is characterized by advanced technology and the return of knobs.

During the Milan Design Week 2026, Bertazzoni will preview a new Professional Series of induction hob with integrated hood and knobs. A product that reflects the brand’s aesthetic codes, combining advanced technological performance with a return to a simple and functional gesture. The new induction hob, in Carbonio finish, will be presented at the brand’s Milan showroom at Via Durini 17 – Galleria Strasburgo, from April 20th to 24th 2026.

At a time when product design is rediscovering the value of tactile experience, Bertazzoni has interpreted this trend by introducing knobs, an historic defining element of the brand, into the world of induction. A choice that redefines the relationship between technology and gesture into a contemporary key: a physical, intuitive interaction that creates continuity across the entire Professional Series range, from ovens to freestanding cookers, for coordinated environments.

The Carbonio finish, combined with the glossy black glass surface, creates a sophisticated balance between visual lightness and professional solidity, capable of seamlessly integrating with the entire Bertazzoni kitchen. The Titanium-finished knobs provide a secure grip and precise control, while at the center of the hob the iconic extraction grate stands out as a distinctive design feature. The brass logo completes the product with an immediately recognizable premium detail, accompanied by white LED indicators integrated into the surface.

The new P904IHK2M30NT induction hob

Designed and entirely made in Italy, the 90cm P904IHK2M30NT induction hob with integrated ventilation combines power, energy efficiency, and installation flexibility. The four 3kW Octa zones, with two Multizone configurations, ensure maximum adaptability to different cooking needs, managed through Titanium-finish knobs, set on the Carbonio surface; ergonomic, precise, and reliable. The A energy rating guarantees an optimal balance between performance and consumption, while the extraction system reaches 610 m³/h for fast and quiet operation. The Power Limitation function allows the product to adapt to different electrical load requirements.

On the installation front, alongside traditional external ducting, channeling air and odors directly outside, the hob has two new configuration types for extracting unwanted fumes and smells from the kitchen. The back-outlet mode directs air into the technical space behind the cabinetry and is currently the market’s most appreciated solution for its ease and clean installation. The Plinth-out configuration, on the other hand, expels filtered, purified air directly into the kitchen. Both solutions use a long-life ceramic filter, regenerable in the oven to ensure maximum performance, with a lifespan of 3 to 5 years: a choice focused on sustainability and everyday comfort.
