Physis kitchen is a new model presented by Molteni&C. Designed by Vincent Van Duysen, the model reflects the the essence of the company, through a refined, contemporary language. The formal harmony of the Physis kitchen is expressed through rounded edges and sides, enhanced by a half -bullnose workmanship that highlights its elegance.
Attention to detail is evident in the soft, curved lines of the sink and snack counter, where the thickness of the worktop is enriched by a metal insert that follows the continuity of the curved lines, creating a welcoming aesthetic. Transparent glass doors and open compartments further emphasize this sense of openness and spatial fluidity.
Physis, moreover, celebrates Hinoki veneer, a precious wood species from Japan, valued for its natural purity and exceptional resistance to humidity. Its resistance to moisture contributes to Hinoki’s antibacterial properties: the oil naturally present within the wood’s fine grain has inherent antibacterial qualities, making it particularly well suited for kitchen environments.
The project stands out for its stylistic coordination between base units, tall units, and the hood. Warm LED lighting, perfectly integrated into the modules of the range, enhances fine materials such as wood veneers, marble, and aluminum, revealing Molteni&C’s unmistakable artisanal craftsmanship. The Physis kitchen is available in infinite configurations to adapt to any space and requirement.
