Boffi, De Padova and ADL become a single corporate

By the end of the year, Boffi, De Padova and ADL will merge into a single entity.

Another step for Boffi to strengthen its Way of Living project. The comapny, that acquired De Padova and ADL in the past years, now annonces the merger of the three brands in a unique corporate entity. The operation arrives after the inauguration of some important new internatioanl stores.

«The merger – the company commented – represents a strategic step aimed at further consolidating the Way of Living project, first initiated with the acquisition of De Padova in 2015 and followed by the purchase of ADL in 2019. This course of action has allowed the Group to develop a comprehensive and integrated contemporary furniture offering marked by consistency and quality».  

The company also explains that each brand will continue to express its distinctive identity and creative talents within its respective collections while the new corporate entity will operate under the name Boffi|DePadova. This move allows greater efficiencies and operational synergies and fulfils the aim of accelerating the international development of the project.
